I had such a wonderful time. I was getting married a few days later so my fiance gave me money to get get pampered and I didn't even use it all even though I got a 50 minute massage, a manicure/pedicure AND a facial! I had never had a facial or a massage and I will definitely make those two things part of my routine. The people were really nice, I felt like I already new some of them and everyone was so polite and helpful. I will definitely be going back and I would recommend this to anyone who needs/wants a day of relaxation and me-time. Westchase Spa Westchase Spa Very clean store- the staff was SO friendly. From the front desk, the wonderful room, excellent, comfortable table and heated neck support; to a fabulous massage by Selina - a true professional in all aspects. I have relayed this wonderful experience to my wife as well, so I imagine she''ll be booking a date soon. I look forward to the next time - when once again I''ll need to get the kinks out of my back. The staff at Pia always aim to please. I have never been dissapointed with any of the services or products that I have purchased from Pia. I am a loyal customer and have been going to the Pia Day Spa in Winter Park every month since 2007. This is truly one of the best day spas in Florida. The process was quick, and while it was not completly without pain, it went quickly, and she helped keep my mind occupied on other things. The girl at the front desk immediately welcomes me, and person who did my brazilian (Bilyana used to do it, but someone else did mine for the first time , Beatriz) was really good. I've lived in a few different cities and it's always difficult for me to find a good place to have my legs and bikini area waxed. Sometimes, it takes 2 or 3 tries before I'm comfortable with a place and wax technician. When I moved to Orlando, I went to a spa in one of the malls (only once because I didn't like the overall experience) and then to the ***** Salon, but always got someone different, the last one being an Asian lady who insisted on shaving the stray hairs left on my legs - Hello! I wax because I'm alergic to razors! I complained about that on my next appointment, and one of the girls there told me she went to Pia's. I immediately booked my next appointment and met with Shae. She was very professional, but friendly and told me about all the diferent services Pia offers. When I told her I had always wanted to try the all bare wax but was concerned, she made me feel at ease instantly. Shae got the job done quickly without rushing anything, all the time making sure I was confortable with the experience. I've been coming to her since. Ana was great...but really anyone I get at Pia''s is always great and let me tell you I have had a lot of bad experiences at other places. She walked me through the process and did everything that she could to calm my nerves and help with the pain. I will, without a doubt, be returning to Pia in the future for additional waxes! Once again, a beautiful job performed by an artist. My eyebrows are absolutely PERFECT! My brazillian is awesome and the pain is much less each time Nayla performs her magic. I was pleased that you now have Sunday hours. I have been to different spas, and I was not happy with the product they delivered. I do not know what I would do if I had to move out of state!!!! I love Pia. My visit to Pia South Tampa was great - I was greeted by name and a smile as I walked in, and Emmy put me at ease right away, finished my service quickly. but was very thorough, and as usual, made what could be an uncomfortable process virtually painfree. It is the first time I have ever had professional waxing done and I opted for the completely bare bikini wax--there wasn\'\'t one moment where I was uncomfortable, Marcela made sure it was as painless and quick as possible while still doing a thorough and amazing job. This location is a little out of my way and the service is a little pricey (I\'\'m a cheap college student!!) but the amazing service and people (including Maria at the front desk) made it all worthwhile! The nice lady checking me in new I was a little nervous and offered me a glass of mimosa which totally helped. Beatriz made me feel comfortable and was great!!! I definately will come back. She did an AMAZING job, as usual, with my fully bare wax. I went to another girl for two years before finding Pia's, and I cannot believe I used to think my old girl was good. Nayla blows my old girl out of the water. She's super fast, very thorough, and obviously very good at what she does. She really minimizes the pain as well, as much as you can with a wax down there.
