I recently visited PIA for nail services and my appointment was with Tania. She was excellent! Professional, attention to detail, personable, and great knowledge of products. The salon was very clean and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. Tania gave me some info about the new OPI gel laquer, which I can''t wait to try! I saw her nails and it looks completely natural, no thickness! I will continue to go to PIA for my nail care! Excellent service*********

I''ve been to many spas and have been disappointed with lack of credentials and overall service. However, Pia was a place that made me feel comfortable and beautiful. Jocelyn, Shae, and Marcela were wonderful. Each were knowledgeable, trendy, and very friendly. It was a pleasure to have my bridal party get pampered here. I currently live in Charleston, SC and hope that a Charleston, SC location is in the future plans for this spa.

On Saturday, August 7, my husband surprised me with a spa day to celebrate our 1 year engagement anniversary. He picked Pia Esthetics after reading several reviews of spas in Orlando. I think he made a wonderful choice. I was greeted promptly and warmly; and immediately offered a beverage. I started my day off with a massage. It was held in a cozy, dark room. I was perfectly at ease. The 30 minutes went too quickly! After the message I had a facial. Again, I was treated with professionalism and care. During the hour, I felt pampered and am thrilled that my skin is still glowing! My day wrapped up with a manicure and pedicure. Once again, the service was impeccable and thorough. I felt like I was the only one there and that there was no rush to get me done and out of there. Everyone that I encountered treated me like a queen. 4 hours after I walked in, I left feeling rejuvinated and relaxed. I will highly recommend Pia to my friends and family. And the next time my sister-in-law is in town, we will definitely be in for a mani/pedi!

Shae was completely amazing. It was my first time going in for a brazilian and she made me feel so comfortable and I truly enjoyed the experience. She went above and beyond and offered a serum that would help with razor burn and ingrown hairs, considering I was about to go on a cruise this serum was a life savor!

I usually go to south tampa, but when I found out that Paola was now in westchase I canceled my appt in s. tampa and made one with her in westchase. She is always helpful and I''m always satisfied with everything! Thank you!!

I just wanted to take some time to tell you what an amazing experience I had at Pia! I never seem to be able to relax when I go to get my pedicure because I am a cosmetologist and I know the difference between a good spa experience and a bad one. Being a mom I was looking forward to this time away and it was exactly what I needed! Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxing! This was absolutely the best pedicure I have ever recieved and I can not wait to come back next time!! :-)

I've been to three of the Pia's locations: Winter Park, South Tampa, and St. Petersburg. I have NEVER had a bad experience. All employees have been friendly and courteous. I've been to several other spas for various waxing services in the past 10 years, and I am never as happy as when I leave Pia's. Recently, I went to the St. Petersburg location, and again, my visit was great. I will continue to come back for as long as I live in the area, and I always encourage all my friends to come. keep up the good work!

My sister and I had two different ladies who gave us a pedicure. They were both awesome and the entire experience was relaxing and wonderful. The drink with the pedicure was a treat! The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The pedicure looked and felt great. My sister and I both felt the same way and we will be back!!

I had a wonderful experience at Pia Day Spa!! I had a Brazilian Wax with Beatriz and she was wonderful. Being a licensed Esthetician myself and being tin the field for 5 years as well as an Undergraduate Instructor for Esthetics, I felt that Beatriz did an amazing job in making me feel confortable and it was virtualy painless! I am also pregnant so I was expecting it to hurt alot worse! My sister has also came in to see Beatriz and we will both be coming back to see her in 4 weeks! I was overall very impressed and happy with Pia Day Spa!! Thank you!

My entire experience was excellent. My technician was awesome! I have very sensitive skin in the bikini area and she really made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. She used both soft and hard wax to remove the hair. It was, in my opinion, the best bikini (Hollywood) waxing I've ever had. I''m so sad that I live in DC and not FL. Wish you guys had a shop up here! Thanks again for the professionalism and a truly wonderful experience!
